What You Will Do Build deep expertise in Maxwell's BMS products and the broader EV battery ecosystem. Guide customers through the full integration process, from initial setup to troubleshooting, to achieve successful BMS implementation in electric vehicles. Apply embedded systems engineering skills and knowledge of digital and analog electronics to develop and improve BMS solutions for automotive EVs. Work hands-on with communication protocols such as CAN, J1939, and SPI, and use Embedded C and JSON to support BMS functionality. Participate in gathering requirements and technical discussions, translating customer needs into clear design specifications. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product management teams to keep projects aligned and on track. Analyze and resolve BMS challenges using strong communication and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis. Monitor and apply relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO26262 and UL standards, to maintain compliance and quality. Serve as a technical consultant for external partners, providing insights and resolving questions about BMS integration and performance. Help refine internal BMS design methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation. Stay current with trends and emerging technologies in EV battery management.
