Contiinex’s AI agents and industry-specific language models focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), delivering scalable and compliant automation for large enterprises. Role Overview This System Engineer position centers on designing, building, and supporting integrations for healthcare Revenue Cycle Management systems. The work covers eligibility, prior authorization, claims, billing, payments, and accounts receivable workflows. The role also involves integrating with third-party platforms, partner systems, and internal applications. Strong Python development skills, Docker experience, and the ability to deploy and manage services on AWS, Azure, and GCP are essential. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain RCM system integrations, including: Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EBV) Prior Authorization Claims Submission & Adjudication Billing, Payments, Accounts Receivable, and Denials Develop backend integration services using Python. Create and maintain RESTful APIs, webhooks, and batch integration interfaces. Connect internal systems with external platforms, clearinghouses, payer systems, and partner applications. Optimize SQL database schemas and queries for integration workloads. Implement secure data exchange, authentication, authorization, and access control. Use Docker for containerizing services and manage deployments. Deploy, configure, and administer applications on AWS and Azure. Support microservices and event-driven architectures. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve integration flows and system performance. Work with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into scalable solutions. Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech/MCA) or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Extensive hands-on experience with Python programming. Proven track record in RCM system integrations (Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Claims, Billing, Accounts Receivable).
