Required Skills & Qualifications:Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline, along with 2-5 years of experience. Minimum of 2-4 years of applicable experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions. Competence in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred. Understanding of educational systems, programs, and career trajectories (training will be provided). Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills to effectively influence enrollments. Willingness to work six days a week from the office with a rotational weekly off.
