Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Manage network-related incidents and changes to ensure seamless network operations. Oversee the commissioning, decommissioning, and technological refresh of network devices. Encourage problem-solving and teamwork to optimize network performance. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction. Provide timely firmware updates for network devices to maintain security and enhancements. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect data integrity. Maintain an accurate asset inventory for effective capacity tracking. Regularly update procedural documents to reflect current best practices. Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary to support network operations. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in implementation and administration. Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, IP load balancers, distribution and core switches, and router configurations. Insight into services business in a high-tech environment from various perspectives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
