Role Overview: Principal Product Manager – Monetization & Billing The Principal Product Manager – Monetization & Billing owns the systems and workflows that define how Smartsheet monetizes its products. This includes subscriptions, usage-based pricing, consumption models, entitlements, provisioning, billing, and integrating these capabilities across product, GTM, and finance systems. This role works closely with Product Engineering, Sales/GTM, and Finance to ensure monetization models are accurate, scalable, and adaptable as the business evolves. Responsibilities include translating pricing and packaging strategies into system capabilities and maintaining coherence from quote to provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition.
