Role overview This position designs, implements, and manages programs for international hiring, relocations, and cross-border workforce planning. The Global Mobility Specialist connects HR, Legal, Finance, and Talent, balancing policy development with hands-on execution. The aim is to keep mobility practices compliant, scalable, and focused on employees, always in line with Codeway’s people and business strategies. Key responsibilities Oversee immigration processes for international hires and internal transfers, including visa applications, work permits, and residency authorizations. Collaborate with external immigration providers and legal consultants to ensure compliance with Spanish and international laws. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on mobility programs and workforce planning. Create, document, and update global mobility and relocation policies to match business needs and market standards. Define eligibility criteria, mobility types, and approval procedures to ensure fairness and consistency. Develop governance structures and internal guidelines for all mobility-related initiatives. Manage end-to-end logistics for relocations, including coordination with relocation vendors. Location This role is based in Barcelona.
