Roles & Responsibilities:Role FocusAs a Senior Network Architect, you will be pivotal in shaping the enterprise-wide Operational Technology (OT) network strategy and reference architectures specifically for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) platforms. You will serve as the ultimate technical authority on OT networking, ensuring cybersecurity integration and standardization across various regions and projects.Key Responsibilities• Oversee and manage the global OT network architecture for BESS platforms.• Develop reference architectures, standards, and design frameworks.• Design secure OT/IT integration models in accordance with IEC 62443 standards.• Spearhead the adoption of Zero Trust principles within OT environments, utilizing ZPA/ZIA and Cisco ZTA.• Lead architectural initiatives for multi-site and multi-region deployments.• Establish resiliency, redundancy, and failover strategies.• Review and sanction all OT network designs and deviations.• Conduct architecture reviews involving Product, Cybersecurity, and Compliance teams.• Influence vendor selection processes, technology standards, and long-term strategic roadmaps.• Mentor Senior Architects and Engineers, providing guidance and support.• Represent OT network architecture in discussions with customers, regulators, and executive stakeholders.
