Roles & Responsibilities:
Join our innovative HR Digital Assistant team as a Conversational AI Chatbot Developer. We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in web development and a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in Chatbot Development, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG models, and REST APIs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, with experience in at least one web development framework such as React or Angular. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial. We value a candidate's eagerness to learn new technologies, alongside experience in prompt engineering and developing knowledge content using vector search-based models.
Utilize the Cognigy platform to craft conversational AI solutions, leveraging Generative AI LLMs, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design Conversational AI chatbot solutions tailored to their needs.
- Create and implement REST APIs to integrate chatbot applications with existing HRIT systems.
- Develop engaging front-end interfaces for chatbot applications using frameworks like React or Angular.
- Manage version control using Git to ensure code quality.
- Identify and resolve issues, debugging code to deliver high-quality, error-free applications.
- Work in partnership with UX designers and software engineers to guarantee successful project delivery and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge content and responses for conversational AI chatbots.
- Design data architecture and perform technical extraction from HR knowledge bases to enrich knowledge content for effective vector search-based retrieval.
- Implement conversation flows and enhance user experiences.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI/NLP performance.
- Analyze conversational data to continuously improve chatbot accuracy and effectiveness during support and maintenance phases.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI technology.
