Qualifications
Key Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of System Administration and Automation experience in a 24/7 production environment.• Proven experience with Enterprise Management Tools.• SME-level proficiency in utilizing the MS SCCM toolset across diverse customer settings.• Familiarity with Microsoft System Center tools, especially SCOM, SCCM, and SCVMM.• Strong scripting abilities and intermediate understanding of Active Directory.• Excellent technical and analytical troubleshooting skills.• Capability to produce comprehensive technical documentation.• Self-starter with strong ownership skills.• Experience managing IT/Desktop initiatives and organizing projects efficiently.• In-depth knowledge of supported Microsoft Windows operating systems.• Strong interpersonal skills to support a diverse range of clientele.• Proficient in resolving intermediate local area network (LAN) and VPN connectivity issues.• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.• Knowledge of imaging processes (Win7, Win10) using standard tools (WinPE, disk management tools, OSD & Task Sequences within SCCM).• Understanding of SCCM platform functionalities: Software Updates, Software Distribution, Collection Advertisements, and OSD.• Extensive knowledge of VMWare, App-V, and Microsoft HyperV technologies.• A+ Certification is recommended, with MCSE preferred.
