Position Overview:As the Licensed Clinical Lead, you will serve as the primary clinical steward for your designated cases, ensuring that all aspects of the care plan are executed with adherence to the Positive Development (PD) model. This role emphasizes fieldwork, involving direct clinical observation, supervision, and coaching of Developmental Paraprofessionals (DPPs) and their families.
