ClickUp is in search of a seasoned Strategic Solutions Engineer to act as a technical ally to our Sales team, focusing on acquiring new customers, enhancing existing accounts, and boosting our revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking capabilities, excellent presentation skills, the ability to advise and influence clients on innovative work methodologies, and a technical aptitude to tackle any challenges our clients may face.
Collaboration is at the heart of ClickUp’s operations, and a significant portion of your role will involve closely working with Managers to understand and coordinate team requirements. You should be capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. It is essential to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines with enthusiasm and positivity.
The Role:
Collaborate with Sales to deliver outstanding solution presentations that showcase our products and integrations to both potential and current clients.
Lead the technical evaluation process, which includes discovery sessions, custom demonstrations, technical Q&A, proof of value, integration scoping, and final value presentations.
Design, develop, and manage impactful customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects to influence decision-making outcomes.
Support the functional and technical aspects of RFPs.
Possess a solid background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyze, document, and enhance complex business processes across varied environments.
