Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and manage the entire recruiting process for various organizational roles. Work collaboratively with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that meet team needs. Implement innovative recruiting strategies, including LinkedIn outreach and job board postings, to attract high-quality candidates. Maintain comprehensive candidate communications, interview notes, and hiring updates within our ATS (Greenhouse). Coordinate interview schedules, technical assessments, and debrief meetings with hiring teams. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process. Regularly report on recruitment metrics, progress, and candidate status to hiring managers and leadership. Contribute to various recruiting and onboarding projects as necessary. Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in recruitment across multiple business areas. Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse. Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Self-motivated and proactive, eager to contribute to a rapidly growing organization. Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity firms. Proficiency with G Suite and scheduling tools.
