The Advertising Performance group is dedicated to optimizing outcomes for all participants in the advertising ecosystem—advertisers, publishers, and Roku itself. Our systems and solutions leverage various technologies to achieve real-time, multi-objective optimization with distributed systems, ensuring low latency and large-scale performance. We harness Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, AI, Control Systems, and Auction Dynamics to tackle a wide array of complex challenges. Central to our efforts is our Machine Learning, Experimentation, and Inference Platform, which we continually refine and evolve.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead teams focused on Ads Auction and Marketplace optimization, enhancing yield and gross profit. Your responsibilities will include conducting real-time multi-objective optimization across various short and long-term goals, developing control and simulation systems, designing and executing experiments, and expanding our experimentation framework.
