As a design leader on our team, you will provide insightful feedback to elevate our design craft and exemplify effective collaboration.The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in consumer-facing real estate or retail products and experiences.This position reports to the Senior Manager of Design.Responsibilities:CollaborationWork alongside various stakeholders, including researchers, product leaders, engineers, marketing, brand, and fellow designers, to tackle complex challenges.Effectively communicate the value of design and your design rationale in layman's terms to Product and Engineering teams and other key stakeholders.Lead workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions for your team.Design Craft & ExecutionRepresent the voice of the user, exploring multiple ideas while knowing when to pivot towards an executable solution.Deliver innovative solutions that significantly enhance user experience across products.Independently oversee all aspects of the design process.
