This role requires the ability to independently install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic devices, power supplies, and network components. Strong communication skills are essential as the technician will interact with the Field Supervisor and represent the company effectively to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be diligent, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently to uphold the security hardware standards of both the clients and Unlimited Technology.Install and service Access Control and IP Camera systems according to engineered designs.Demonstrate programming skills relevant to the UT product line.Program, terminate, and commission a diverse range of Access Control products and platforms.Identify and resolve issues that may hinder job productivity.Accurately complete all necessary paperwork related to job tickets.Always maintain a safe and clean working environment.Communicate all activities to the Project Manager or Field Supervisor promptly.Keep the company-provided vehicle in good condition and clean.Maintain a safe driving record and report any incidents or near misses to management immediately.Attend required product or safety training sessions.Preferred certifications include Lenel, Software House, or Genetec.
