Qualifications
What You'll DoSafely operate production machinery and equipment while ensuring consistent output across all products. Assemble battery systems and sub-assemblies on a manufacturing production line, strictly following detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct visual inspections of components and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with quality standards before proceeding to subsequent stages. Load and unload materials onto the production line and assist in kitting job kits while organizing components to facilitate a smooth workflow. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe in accordance with 5S standards, and adhere to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Identify and suggest opportunities for improving assembly processes to the broader team. Exhibit flexibility to adapt to shift changes and work overtime as needed to support Base Power’s ongoing growth. What You'll BringPrevious experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or warehouse environments is preferred; familiarity with hand and power tools is an advantage. A high school diploma or GED is a requirement. Capacity to stand or walk for the entirety of a shift and lift 50–70 lbs comfortably, with a willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
