THE CHALLENGE We are seeking a Lead Security Operations Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of our Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform. As the technical lead, you will be responsible for enhancing our security automation capabilities. You will leverage a variety of technologies, including security tools, APIs, and cloud services, to optimize our security operations and improve incident response effectiveness, ultimately protecting Take-Two and its systems, networks, and data. This position involves collaboration with Take-Two's Information Security teams and reporting directly to the Director of Security Operations Engineering. WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON SOAR Platform Management: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SOAR playbooks, workflows, and integrations with other security tools. Automation and Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance the speed and accuracy of security operations and incident responses. Technical Leadership: Serve as a domain expert in SOAR, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the security team. Collaboration and Strategy: Work alongside other security teams to ensure SOAR capabilities align with the overall security strategy. Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows and integrations, as well as create reports to assess program success. Change Management and Maintenance: Support SOAR tool migrations and document all system changes while staying current with the latest security technologies.
