- Completing product training and adhering to expectations to effectively serve customers.
- Managing accounts through strategic planning and coordination of field resources, supporting customer education and promotional needs.
- Engaging healthcare professionals with detailed promotional communications in compliance with program policies to enhance prescription volume.
- Establishing a strong phone presence that commands attention and builds rapport with healthcare professionals across various levels, including office staff, Medical Assistants, nurses, and physicians.
- Exhibiting a thorough understanding of products and ensuring precise communication of information using appropriate clinical terminology.
- Actively listening to customer inquiries to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Timely processing of customer requests related to product information, costs, samples, and literature.
- Providing information on additional resources, such as referral websites.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and customer focus while resolving customer issues promptly.
