Responsibilities include executing preventative maintenance, monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the property.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand and interpret work orders and internal communications, asking questions for clarity when needed.Skillfully operate both manual and power tools required for maintenance tasks.Deliver superior concierge-level service to tenants and external partners.Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and surrounding grounds.Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies related to building operations and safety.Regularly inspect building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to confirm equipment is functioning within design parameters and meets client expectations.Oversee contracted services such as landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
