As the Executive Director, you will be the key figure responsible for the overall success of our clinics, focusing on four critical areas: operations, growth, financial results, and cultural development. You will collaborate closely with the Business Developer to enhance community partnerships and drive client acquisition. Furthermore, you will mentor and nurture the next generation of leaders, ensuring they are prepared for future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Client Retention
- Take complete ownership of clinic growth and client retention, consistently surpassing monthly patient admission and diagnostic goals.
- Forge and sustain relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and educational institutions.
- Lead innovative business development initiatives, including community outreach events and campaigns.
- Encourage staff to adopt a proactive approach to client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Financial Management
- Oversee the entire clinic P&L, managing top-line revenue, operating costs, and labor/non-labor expenses.
- Boost clinic profitability by focusing on key financial metrics such as growth, contract rates, and service completion.
- Work alongside corporate finance and operations teams to devise strategies that enhance clinic profitability.
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to achieving Organizational Key Results, and consistently meet or exceed center-based KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of ABA services through effective scheduling and resource management.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and internal policies.
- Monitor service delivery performance to guarantee 100% treatment completion rates.
- Utilize data dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to analyze KPIs and make informed decisions.
Talent Development & Engagement
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent.
- Foster a high-performance culture through professional development initiatives and recognition of achievements.
- Implement effective onboarding and mentorship programs for new hires and team members.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and performance evaluations to maintain a connected workforce.
