Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Proven experience in working with text data to develop Deep Learning and ML models, including both supervised and unsupervised methods. Familiarity with deep learning applications in other domains such as vision and speech is a strong plus. Solid understanding of the mathematical principles and theories underlying machine learning and deep learning. A background in software engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience (proficiency in Python, SQL, Unix-based systems, git, and GitHub for collaboration and code review). Experience in Machine/Deep Learning development tools, including experiment tracking frameworks (we utilize AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face, transformers, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Jupyter, Weights & Biases). Knowledge of Language Models, including their use, training, and fine-tuning, along with familiarity with leading industry-standard LM families. A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, applied mathematics, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry experience.
