Role overview The Executive Assistant for Program Management works directly with the Senior Vice President of Go To Market Strategy and Operations. This position calls for independent project management, careful handling of sensitive information, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks as priorities shift. Discretion and adaptability are especially important in this fast-moving setting. Key responsibilities Coordinate logistics for business meetings held in multiple locations. Plan and carry out team events for the SVP. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings with both internal and external participants. Draft and prepare correspondence, both public and confidential. Create executive presentations and documents for leadership. Oversee program management for cross-functional team initiatives.
