About the Role
LPC is hiring a Property Administrator in Atlanta, GA. This position supports the on-site management team by helping to keep operations running smoothly and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners. The Property Administrator plays a key part in managing procedures, tracking costs, and assisting with both invoice processing and vendor communications.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer management phone calls and help tenants with their requests.
- Respond to inquiries by providing information or passing along messages as needed.
- Manage purchase orders: receive, distribute, review, track status in Workspace, and prepare monthly reports.
- Organize special events, including holiday parties, welcome lunches, book fairs, and community drives.
- Keep office supplies well-stocked and maintain the property staff directory.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms and ensure insurance documentation is current.
- Support the preparation and administration of service agreements.
