You may also take the lead on various global initiatives at NiCE.How will you contribute to our success?Collaborate with senior management and the HR team to craft and execute effective HR strategies.Partner with the Director of Human Resources and business stakeholders to enhance organizational structure, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.Develop and implement extensive change management strategies, including PMI for acquisitions at various integration phases.Deliver management coaching to both front-line managers and senior leaders.Evaluate training needs for assigned business units and facilitate one-on-one and group training sessions when necessary.Analyze business metrics, including retention and employee experience data, to recommend actionable insights.Consult with business and finance teams on headcount planning and reporting, ensuring a thorough understanding of headcount management.Support compensation processes, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.Engage with front-line managers and employees to address sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring a fair representation of all interests.Work collaboratively with business units to design and implement innovative solutions for various employee engagement initiatives.Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance recruitment efforts, including candidate assessment and supporting internal mobility.
