You grasp the importance of captivating social media audiences within three seconds, making complex deals feel urgent, controversial, and worthy of discussion.What You Will Do:You will be the face of our flagship short-form series, evaluating real estate development deals and educating aspiring professionals about the intricacies of the field.Analyze the Market: You will receive specific targets (e.g., "Multifamily in Austin" or "Industrial in Nashville") and assist in scripting the corresponding "deal assumptions" based on real market data.
