Terreva operates under the stewardship of CIM Group, LLC.POSITION PURPOSE:The Landfill Gas Operations Manager (LFG Ops Manager) is pivotal in overseeing the operations of landfill gas (LFG) systems and energy recovery projects to enhance production efficiency across Terreva's diverse portfolio of sites. This role encompasses three core responsibilities:1. Direct oversight of LFG systems and energy recovery projects to maximize output across all sites;2. Management of landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing expansion, design, and construction efforts; and3. Providing expert support to landfill gas field technicians.The LFG Ops Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and act as a subject matter expert in landfill gas operations, playing a crucial role in the successful management of Terreva’s existing facilities and the execution of its growth strategy. Candidates must possess proven knowledge in LFG operations, demonstrating proficiency in GCCS design, construction, and operational management. A thorough understanding of state and federal regulations affecting GCCS is essential. The LFG Ops Manager will also be responsible for implementing comprehensive training programs, policies, and procedures related to GCCS design, construction, operations, and maintenance across Terreva's portfolio.
