We prioritize understanding and delivering tailored solutions that truly resonate.Proudly recognized as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years, we celebrate our vibrant culture and the talented individuals that drive our success.We are expanding our team in Athens and are on the lookout for a passionate Product Manager - Telecommunications to play a pivotal role in growing our Telecom product offerings.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the design, development, and management of our telecommunications product portfolio.Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for core products to achieve organizational goals.Analyze market trends in the telecommunications landscape across Greece and Europe.Conduct customer needs assessments to create compelling product propositions.Support and evaluate go-to-market strategies that provide competitive advantages.Develop and implement product portfolios for emerging market segments.Assist with financial analyses and business case preparations for product initiatives.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product alignment with segment requirements.Create comprehensive reports and presentations analyzing product performance and recommending enhancements.Work collaboratively across departments for successful product launches (Legal, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, and Technical teams).Guide customer care teams to ensure an outstanding experience for our clients.Act as a product ambassador throughout the organization.Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in Product Management or Service Marketing, preferably in the telecommunications sector.Background in Services Marketing (Telecom, Energy, etc.) is advantageous.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.A Master’s Degree is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
