Your Role
As the Senior Digital Analytics Lead at Novibet, your primary focus will be to ensure the integrity of our tracking ecosystem while extracting valuable insights from our digital analytics data. You will take ownership of the tracking architecture, measurement framework, and analytics insights across both web and native mobile applications, empowering various teams within the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the tracking and measurement infrastructure across web and native mobile applications.
- Design, implement, and validate event-based tracking to guarantee accurate and dependable data collection.
- Lead the implementation of Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring script governance and deployment.
- Define and uphold tracking specifications and data layer structures that align with business KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance, conducting quality assurance, debugging, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Oversee tracking implementation for native mobile applications (iOS & Android) in coordination with development teams.
- Analyze user behavior and performance data using Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytical tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support Product, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Identify trends, user behavior patterns, and optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
