This role emphasizes the integrity of financial information, optimizing capital and cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Management and the Board of Directors.Key Responsibilities:Establish, implement, and oversee the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals and growth prospects.Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management to ensure liquidity and capital adequacy.Analyze and present financial results and KPIs, providing insightful reporting and well-documented recommendations to Executive Management and the Board.Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial statements, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Guarantee compliance with regulatory obligations under the payments framework (PSD2), including their representation in financial reports and internal controls.Contribute to product design from a financial standpoint by defining financial requirements, pricing structures, and reporting needs.
