You will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network monitoring systems, crafting automation workflows, and integrating third-party platforms to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and support advanced network monitoring and observability solutions.Create automation scripts and workflows that minimize manual operational tasks.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for networking, ensuring automated testing, validation, and deployment of network changes.Integrate network infrastructure with third-party monitoring systems using APIs.Engage with network visibility and packet analysis tools (e.g., Netscout).Assist in network traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and performance investigations.Utilize observability tools for continuous monitoring to proactively identify and resolve network issues.Manage and maintain network source-of-truth platforms like NetBox.Integrate with CMDB, ITSM, and inventory platforms.Support both customer and internal infrastructure projects.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation, integration, and monitoring capabilities.
