Your Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating procurement activities across various Professional Services categories. This position is essential for promoting operational excellence in sourcing, supplier management, and procure-to-pay processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement activities across Professional Services categories (consulting, finance, legal, HR, and outsourced services)
- Execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals
- Conduct thorough market research and supplier benchmarking to support informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs), managing Purchase Orders (POs) according to established terms
- Facilitate approval workflows in line with internal governance and authorization standards
- Participate in RFx processes (RFQ/RFP), including documentation preparation and supplier communication
- Analyze supplier proposals and assist in the evaluation and selection process
- Collaborate with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies and ensure seamless service delivery
- Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract management activities
- Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, offering guidance on procurement processes and best practices
