As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:
• Proactively generating new business by engaging potential customers and fostering early interactions with leads responding to marketing initiatives.
• Establishing trust with clients through remote sales interactions, catering to various levels within IT, Finance, and Strategy sectors to cultivate opportunities for qualification and deeper engagement.
• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of customer needs and entering customer contracts into the CRM system to assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and determining subsequent actions.
• Managing your own pipeline and forecasting for a designated set of accounts.
