Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor:
- Address and document customer inquiries received via toll-free customer service lines.
- Input consumer inquiries, feedback, and questions into our customer service database with precision.
- Handle and log client complaints according to our escalation policy.
- Respond to support calls and emails, ensuring they are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot issues by utilizing open-ended questions, support documentation, and system training.
- Provide solutions for common problems and frequently asked questions.
