As a Finance Process Lead in the finance department based in Greece, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a new working environment that benefits both global and local teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging actively with stakeholders and development teams to facilitate discussions.
- Assessing business requirements and defining current and future business processes.
- Translating business needs into system features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria while tracking delivery progress.
- Ensuring that solutions align with business needs and requirements.
- Configuring systems, conducting tests, documenting findings, and communicating results effectively.
Requirements
About you:
- Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system features.
- Strong communication and documentation skills that foster clarity for development teams.
- Fluent in Greek and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
- Familiarity with debt collection processes and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in JIRA and/or Confluence and BPMN methodologies.
- Experience in Finance, including Cash Management, General Ledger, and Accounting Reporting.
