Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor:
- Handle and document customer inquiries via free phone lines, ensuring a seamless customer experience;
- Accurately input consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback into our customer service database;
- Effectively manage client complaints in accordance with the company's escalation policies;
- Ensure all support calls and emails (when applicable) are addressed and resolved within the designated service level agreements (SLAs);
- Utilize open-ended questions and support documentation to troubleshoot issues;
- Provide insightful recommendations for frequently encountered problems and questions.
