As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be an essential member of our culinary team, responsible for assisting in the preparation and exquisite presentation of dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. Under the mentorship of the Chef de Partie, you will contribute to maintaining our esteemed culinary standards while honing your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated production process.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to hotel recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team in menu planning and preparation for special events and seasonal offerings.
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high culinary standards.
- Monitor ingredient levels for inventory control, minimize waste, and communicate replenishment needs to the Chef de Partie.
- Actively participate in service periods, ensuring timely and precise plating of all menu items.
