Role overview
The CVM Product Manager leads initiatives that turn customer insights into practical strategies. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to boost engagement, retention, and profitability through targeted campaigns and product improvements.
What you will do
- Plan and manage CVM campaigns such as upsell, cross-sell, retention, win-back, and loyalty programs.
- Drive customer segmentation and lifecycle management at the product level.
- Monitor and report on key CVM metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Analyze customer behavior and usage data to spot value opportunities.
- Work with sales, digital, customer experience, and product teams to strengthen engagement.
- Take responsibility for CVM KPIs, including churn rate and campaign success rate.
- Align CVM activities with wider marketing goals.
- Support the rollout of real-time automated solutions for campaign execution.
- Contribute to strategies that use AI for personalization.
- Promote collaboration across IT, operations, and customer service teams.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
