Your Role
As a Customer Retention and Growth Specialist at Novibet, your primary responsibility will be to keep our customers informed about the latest promotions and offers. You will interact with existing clients via phone and email, ensuring they are aware of special deals and bonuses to enrich their betting experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing customers to reactivate dormant accounts.
- Promote tailored campaigns and special offers based on customer preferences.
- Anticipate client needs and address them proactively.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their engagement.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with the CRM team and other departments to achieve optimal campaign results.
- Maintain and update the customer database for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by incorporating client feedback into practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar sales or customer care role.
- Strong academic background.
- Good understanding of online gaming products.
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
