Hack The Box Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Representative based in Athens, Greece. This role supports the company’s growth by connecting with organizations across the DACH region, with a strong focus on the German market. The position is hybrid, with two days per week in the Athens office.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new B2B prospects in the DACH region
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers for Hack The Box’s solutions
- Maintain and organize a steady sales pipeline
- Lead discovery sessions to understand prospect needs early in the sales process
- Test and refine outreach strategies, including email and call scripts
- Work closely with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams
- Forward qualified leads to Account Executives to support efficient sales cycles

Team Collaboration
This role is part of an international Sales Development team. Collaboration happens regularly with:
- The Global Head of Business Development (direct manager)

Together, the team works to expand Hack The Box’s presence across Europe.

The BDR will use several tools to support outreach and pipeline management, including:
- HubSpot
- Apollo
- Gong
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Other prospecting platforms
