Your role will encompass daily client engagement, project oversight, creative strategy development, and nurturing avenues for business expansion within our current clientele. Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with multinational clients, acting as their main contact and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Project Planning: Address new client briefs by researching and formulating detailed plans, creative concepts, branding proposals, budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Client Growth: Discover and cultivate opportunities to enhance our business within existing client accounts, showcasing our agency's diverse service offerings. Forge and nurture relationships with partners and clients.
