Role OverviewAs the Store Manager at Anne’s Pantry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Ashburton location. Your leadership will be essential in driving both operational excellence and financial performance, and you will serve as the guardian of the Anne's Pantry brand, ensuring that our standards of quality, service, and product offerings reflect our organizational values.Your ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations and support the team as needed.Lead recruitment and training initiatives for staff.Supervise staff scheduling to achieve critical KPIs.Oversee order management to ensure stock meets demand.Handle administrative tasks including Deputy and Xero management.Maintain cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor rates within specified thresholds.Assist in the launch of new store openings.Provide in-store training for franchisees when necessary.Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Conduct compliance checks and audits for the store.Assist in the implementation of the AP 5 Steps of Service.Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.Execute marketing strategies effectively.
