ABOUT THE ROLEThe ideal candidate will provide strategic regional administrative leadership, support, and oversight of office administrative staff. You will collaborate with regional and office leadership to establish foundational expectations for office staff and develop effective processes to achieve these aims. You will report directly to the Regional Practice Director. Given the nature of this position, it will primarily be performed on-site in one of the regional offices and will necessitate travel between offices. Availability to work in the office Monday – Friday and to manage or provide occasional coverage for office events during evenings and weekends as needed is essential.
