Could you be the one?To bolster our significant growth, we are seeking:Production Operators (M/F) for long-term temporary assignmentsRole involves alternating weekly shiftsThis role is ideal for anyone wishing to thrive within a multicultural organization that values agility, commitment, and prompt action.You will be responsible for gel manufacturing while adhering to operational procedures, current specifications, good manufacturing practices, and timelines.Your expertise will contribute to:Performing a variety of tasks in the production department (synthesis, mirage, or filling):Executing all synthesis tasks by following predetermined step sequences, maintaining pace and standards (safety, quality, organization, and OPEX) while ensuring compliance: manufacturing concentrated viscoelastic gel, preparing purifying solutions, cleaning beads, and sterilizing equipment.Conducting mirage tasks by maintaining the step sequence, pace, and standards (safety, quality, organization, and OPEX), ensuring compliance for syringe mirage (unit visual controls), sterilization reception, and syringe drying processes, alongside cleaning and preparing equipment.Operating the filling line by adhering to step sequences, maintaining pace and standards (safety, quality, organization, and OPEX), ensuring compliance in operating the filling machine from batch creation to final reconciliation (starting the machine, selecting recipes, shaping, and filling).Adhering to good manufacturing practices, including dressing rules according to zones and behaviors in controlled areas.Documenting quality information in real-time and adhering to the 'right first time' principle.
