This position plays a key role in supporting performance and project management across the organization, reporting directly to the System Director of Performance Improvement. The focus spans multiple Luminis Health sites, including LHAAMC, LHDCMC, LHSS, McNew, and LHCE. Role overview The Performance Improvement Facilitator works to integrate strategies and proven practices during periods of organizational change. Priorities include quality improvement, revenue growth, workforce recruitment and retention, productivity, supply chain effectiveness, and minimizing operational downtime. These focus areas are guided by Executive Leadership priorities. Main responsibilities Support leadership: Collaborate with the System Director, Steering Committee, and Executive Leadership Team to implement strategic and operational plans. Carry out both immediate and long-term initiatives to meet value stream goals, address process barriers, and support Lean projects. Change agent: Lead improvements in patient care processes through project management and hands-on involvement in Performance Improvement Events. Facilitate strategic retreats, plan and run improvement events, conduct Gemba walks, and mentor Lean Six Sigma Program Green Belts. Cultural integration: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading Green Belt training and embedding improvement methods throughout the organization. The director applies methodologies such as PDSA and Lean, and uses change management strategies to support clinical, operational, and service performance goals. Main Responsibilities Direct and guide the team in executing business process improvement projects that align with organizational goals. Promote continuous process improvement and high-quality service delivery across operational units, ensuring timely and effective implementation using operational excellence tools. Lead a range of projects, from targeted operational improvements to major business transformations. Assess workloads and balance processes to help staff meet productivity targets. Build collaborative relationships with operational teams, motivating them toward operational excellence. Support strategic changes by applying change management practices and sponsoring structured initiatives. Conduct diagnostics to identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective solutions. Develop and monitor performance management and quality scorecards to track progress on objectives. Design and facilitate workshops for managers and supervisors on performance improvement methods.

Luminis Health Location: Annapolis, MD Role Overview The Provider Productivity and Performance Analyst works closely with clinical and medical group leadership to deliver advanced analytics that drive improvements in physician and advanced practice provider productivity. This position supports the administration of compensation models, evaluates medical group performance, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Enterprise, the analyst helps shape data-driven decisions that impact provider performance, compensation integrity, and broader clinical enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and recommend changes to provider compensation structures and incentive plans to improve consistency, reduce risk, and streamline processes. Support the Chief Operating Officer in the Physician Compensation Committee by providing data and recommendations to inform committee decisions. Interpret and analyze compensation terms in Provider Employment Agreements and Professional Services Agreements to ensure accurate implementation and administration. Deliver analytical support for Fair Market Valuation processes, confirming compensation arrangements meet regulatory and organizational guidelines. Partner with service line and medical group leaders to conduct detailed analyses of provider compensation and productivity. Prepare, validate, and distribute quarterly compensation reconciliations in accordance with employment agreements. Collaborate with external valuation firms and consultants to support data collection, analysis, and documentation for Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness reviews. Track and analyze compensation and productivity trends using industry resources such as AMGA, MGMA, and Sullivan Cotter.
