What you will do
- Install, maintain, and service facility equipment, using knowledge of various operational machinery.
- Respond to emergency calls and complete scheduled maintenance assignments.
- Take on floor mechanic duties as assigned.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and carpentry tasks as needed.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to guide maintenance and repairs.
- Follow preventive maintenance routines and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify problems, replace or repair faulty components, test systems, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
