This role involves expanding usage among existing clients and building relationships with new healthcare professionals to meet territory, regional, and corporate objectives. Position Responsibilities: Engage with targeted prescribers within the assigned geographic territory. Deliver clinically-focused sales presentations to introduce and promote products, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals. Implement tactical strategies aligned with company objectives to drive sales performance. Fulfill Call Plan requirements and meet territory sales objectives while adhering to all Paratek Policies and Procedures, including the company’s Code of Conduct. Educate targeted healthcare providers about the benefits of company products through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and approved promotional programs. Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Director, fellow team members, and other internal and external stakeholders to realize sales targets. Communicate effectively and persuasively with customers, employing strong selling, listening, and negotiation skills. Demonstrate proficiency in multiple communication channels, including virtual and face-to-face interactions. Maintain positive, compliant relationships with all contacts within healthcare provider offices. Accurately report sales activities, territory expenses, and submit written reports by specified deadlines.
