Our take on this is to immerse yourself with our robots in their natural habitat—the construction site.Improving a robot's behavior and performance is challenging when you're confined to an office setting, tweaking kinematics or planning new features that must operate effectively within the dynamic environment of a construction site. Our experience shows that the most effective way to enhance robots is to be present with them, enabling you to troubleshoot and make adjustments directly rather than relying on another engineer.This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product development, and operations, and we view it as critical to our business's success. It is not a role for everyone; you will be required to wear hard hats and safety boots for most of your workdays.
