About the Role Lansweeper is building a Cyber Asset Intelligence Platform and is growing its engineering team in Alicante, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain. As a Senior QA Engineer, the focus is on maintaining high product quality and reliability within an AI-augmented development environment. Main Challenges Maintain rigorous testing standards and validation accuracy in workflows assisted by AI. Scale QA processes while balancing coverage, reliability, and efficiency. Coordinate parallel streams of AI-driven development and testing to ensure traceability and quality control. What You Will Do Apply proven experience in quality engineering and automation. Work with Agile methodologies and keep the user experience central to testing efforts. Keep up with new trends and technologies relevant to QA and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization. Work independently with engineering to identify and address quality needs. Lead and participate in automation projects, including implementing and maintaining automated tests. Support colleagues and project leads in developing new testing tools and frameworks. Manage the engineering team’s bug backlog. Create and update Test Plans for user stories developed by the team. Work closely with global QA, engineering, development, and product teams on a daily basis.
