Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in outdoor sales activities to effectively promote and sell spare parts for buses and trucks to both new and existing clientele.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to maximize sales potential and encourage repeat business.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding spare parts, pricing, and technical specifications to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Compile and submit daily sales reports while consistently striving to meet or surpass monthly sales targets set by the Sales Supervisor or Head.
- Maintain organized customer files, including contact history, sales records, and follow-up notes for each client.
- Identify and research potential customers in the commercial vehicle sector, actively seeking new business through field visits and networking efforts.
- Create and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and sales contracts that meet customer specifications.
- Assess customer needs on-site and recommend suitable spare parts solutions for buses and trucks.
- Provide sales support and basic technical guidance to assist customers in selecting appropriate parts for their vehicles.
- Proactively seek out and visit new customers in the market to broaden the client base.
