About Chatterboxes
At Chatterboxes, we are committed to transforming the experience of belonging in the workplace. Our team consists of 22 dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who share a vision: to make our profession enriching, sustainable, and joyful.
With nearly two decades of expertise, we focus on guiding early-career clinicians as they adapt to the realities of professional practice. Our innovative Sanctuary Model was specifically designed to combat burnout while promoting clinical excellence, creating an environment where you feel supported, inspired, and empowered to thrive.
As we extend our reach into rural and suburban schools throughout Virginia, we are excited to have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and families while remaining firmly focused on what truly matters—our clinicians.
